And a Debilitating Disease it is
I was out running a few errands the other day with Thing 1 and we were having a little chat about things. Talking about his pre-school and other things like that. It was during this conversation that this little gem came up…
Thing 1: Jace is sick.
Me: Oh really? What does he have?
Thing 1: Cookie hands.
Now Thing 1 is a bright little kid, but he has some develpomental delays in the motor department that make speech difficult for him. So I wasn’t really sure I heard him correctly.
Me: Cookie Hands?
Thing 1: Yeah.
Me: Oh, that is a really terrible disease.
Thing 1: Yeah.
