Amazon is taking a page from iTunes’ playbook and offering free downloads. Only they are doing it on a much bigger scale. I have downloaded 127 so far and I’m still going. Sure there’s some repeats and a lot of it is probably crap, but I don’t mind getting a bunch of songs for free and then throwing out the ones I don’t want. I’m doing it right now with the downloads from SXSW.
