Something New
I had an idea that I thought others might benefit from as well, so i thought I would share. I have started a new semester at the ol’ college and its note taking time again. Since I am in the Multimedia Communications Technology program at my school I have all of my classes in front of a computer. So the thought occured to me that a blog is an excellent note taking tool.
You can simply take you notes and then post them at the end of the lecture. This comes complete with links to websites mentioned in class (a frequent occurence in my classes, but becoming more common everywhere I suspect) and a place to add comments when studying from the book later. You even get a searchable database when test time rolls around.
I will be staring this new blog tomorrow. You can see it here if you care, I really don’t expect anyone to care about the posts in there, but maybe someone else can benefit from the idea.
